1 7-Day In-Store Testing Warranty

All non-branded accessories (cables, adapters, phone holders, car mounts) carry a 7-day instant store replacement warranty against functional defects.

2 Manufacturer Warranty on Branded Gear

Branded items (Boat, Noise, Boult, Realme, SanDisk) are covered by official manufacturer brand warranties serviceable at brand centers across India.

3 Exchange Condition Guidelines

Items brought for exchange must be in original condition with intact packaging, original bill, and all supplied accessories.

4 Tempered Glass Installation

Tempered glass screen protectors are inspected upon installation in store. Subsequent drops, pocket impacts, or physical cracks are not covered under warranty.

Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with gadgets.gcscit.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
